PARTNER *Fieldstone Homes will pay up to $3,000 (including non allowable costs) toward VA Closing Costs for “To-Be-Built” or inventory homes, should our new homebuyer finance through
a VA Loan Program only. Homeowner will assume all responsibilities for their prepaids, Funding Fee Discount Points and lender required escrow deposits. FieldStone Homes will
also give the Military buyer 1.5% off the cost of a new FieldStone home if they are purchasing a “To-Be-Built” home. This 1.5% can be used off the price of the home (price is defined
as base price), used at the HomeFitting® Center or toward any closing costs. Buyer must determine within 5 business days from contract date how they wish to use this 1.5%. This
special program is available with Fieldstone's preferred lenders only and is a limited time offer and can be withdrawn at any time. This promotion is available for all new home
purchases in any FieldStone Home Community and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless otherwise specified. All homes are subject to prior sale. Area and
